Sales Consultant (Full-Time Position)

This role will give you the opportunity to build loyal relationships with our clients, getting to know their needs, and carefully guiding them towards the latest innovative appliances & brands on the market. If this sounds like your kind of thing, this role is for you!

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with excellent listening and communication skills to fill the post of Sales Consultant. Taking on this role will allow you to represent leading global brands & familiarise yourself with various kitchen layouts and styles, helping you to stay up-to-date with current & upcoming trends.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and showing interest in clients and their needs
• Assisting and selling premium products to clients, making good use of their acquired knowledge whilst delivering excellent customer service
• Emphasizing product features based on analysis of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
• Issuing quotations
• Giving advice on appliances and required maintenance
• Developing, building, and managing client databases
• Following up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns

Job requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
• Clean police conduct

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a similar role.
