Technicians (Full-Time Position)

We are looking for aspiring candidates to join our highly skilled technical team as an Appliance Technician. We have all the necessary resources available to train such candidates to reach the desired level of expertise. Full training will be provided.

Duties:

Servicing small domestic appliances in house workshop

Onsite large domestic appliances
Ensure all repair data are recorded within company system
Assessing customer requirements and identifying how to resolve issues in the shortest time period
Communicating well with clients regarding the nature of repair and instructing them how to avoid such situations in the future
Ensure to provide total customer satisfaction to all clients.

Job requirements:

Computer literacy, preferably with ECDL Certificate
Fluency in English and Maltese
Clean and valid driving Licence
Clean police conduct
