PRICE MATCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Crosscraft Malta aims to offer competitive pricing on all products. If you find the identical product advertised at a lower price by another authorised retailer in Malta, we may match that price provided the item is the same brand, model, and specifications and is in stock and available for immediate purchase from both retailers.

Customers requesting a price match must provide verifiable proof of the competitor’s advertised price, such as a website link, screenshot, or printed advertisement. The price must be publicly advertised by a Maltese retailer and must be valid and available to the general public at the time the request is made.

The Price Match Guarantee applies only to new products sold by authorised retailers in Malta. It does not apply to clearance sales, liquidation offers, limited-time promotions, bundle deals, pricing errors, coupon or membership discounts, marketplace sellers, international retailers, refurbished, used, or display items, or products that are out of stock.

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval by Crosscraft Malta. We reserve the right to decline any request where the competing offer cannot be verified, does not meet the above conditions, or where matching the price would result in a sale below our reasonable cost price.
