- Large appliances: Same-day appointment cancellations are subject to a €20 cancellation fee

The prices displayed on this website are indicative and are provided for general information purposes only. The final repair cost may vary depending on several factors, including the product’s model, age and condition, the nature of the fault, the spare parts required, labour time, transport requirements and any additional work identified during inspection or diagnosis.
Factors that may affect the final price include:
- Additional spare parts being required
- Further faults being identified during diagnosis
- Specific installation requirements
- Difficulties accessing the appliance
- Travel distance
- Other technical factors that could not reasonably have been identified in advance
The final repair price will always be communicated to the customer and must be approved before the repair is carried out.
The Repair Service charge includes inspection, diagnosis and up to 30 minutes of repair labour. For large appliances, the technician’s visit is also included. Any spare parts, additional labour or other services required will be charged separately.
All repairs are subject to technical feasibility and the availability of spare parts. The indicative prices published on this website do not constitute a binding quotation or offer. A final quotation may be provided after the appliance has been inspected and diagnosed.

An optional collection & return delivery service is available.
Large Appliances: €40 incl. VAT
Small Appliances: €15 incl. VAT
Prices apply to one-way collection or return delivery.
Note: Delivery is available up to ground-floor level only, subject to accessibility.
Lifting & Special Access Equipment
Kindly note that Crosscraft does not provide:
- Crane services
- External lifting equipment
- Specialised access equipment
Should any of these services be required to complete the repair, including collection or return delivery, the customer must make the necessary arrangements in advance and cover all associated costs.
