Best prepared with SodaStream

Ingredients:

• 15ml bourbon
• 15ml spiced rum
• 15ml Grand Marnier
• 22ml lemon juice
• 22ml grade A maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp chai powder
• Sparkling water

Method:

• Fizz cold water with your SodaStream
• Add all the ingredients into a shaker
• Fill with ice and shake vigorously
• Double strain through a fine sieve into a lowball filled with ice
• Top with SodaStream sparkling water

Garnish:

• Chai powder and brown sugar rim, cinnamon stick and a star anise

Makes:
