Ingredients:

• Sparkling Water
• A splash of bitter lemon
• 60 ml rum
• 15 ml lime juice
• Ice

Method:

• Fizz cold water with your SodaStream
• Add bitter lemon, rum and lime juice
• Stir gently
• Pour in a tall glass over ice
