The pizza oven is one of the most popular outdoor cooking tools today — and the wood-fired OFYR cooking unit is perfect for it. The OFYR Pizza Oven includes a pizza scoop, a double-sided cast-iron plate with a pizza stone, and a double steel cloche with a rotating outer layer to control airflow.

Ventilation holes in the plate help circulate heat, speeding up cooking. The airflow and temperature can be adjusted by turning the cloche knob — always use OFYR heat-resistant gloves, as it gets very hot.

The oven also functions as a regular oven. For pizzas, use the smooth side of the cast-iron plate with the stone; the textured side can be used as a grill.
