The Heritage Series

The Heritage Series aesthetic was inspired by the original Bertazzoni stoves created by Napoleone Bertazzoni at the start of the 20th century. Taking styling cues from the past is one thing. But you can be certain that the series is engineered to the high standards Bertazzoni is renowned for, with state- of-the-art-technology.

This range was also inspired by the original wood burning stoves that our founder created at the start of the last century, the Heritage Series ranges are controlled by striking rounded chrome knobs.

Familiar and comfortable to use, they are a key part of the design character of the series.

This range features an authentic embodiment of Bertazzoni’s heritage that the company embraces with deep respect and celebrates with every new cooking machine. The Heritage Series kitchen suite includes cookers, refrigerators, ventilation systems and dishwashers.

Air-Frying Cooking

Bertazzoni Freestanding Cookers feature the innovative Air Frying program, which ensures healthier cooking thanks to reduced oil usage, while delivering perfect results in terms of browning and crispiness.

This function is extremely versatile: in addition to classic fries, it allows you to prepare all types of meat, fish, vegetables, vegan dishes, and many other recipes, for a more balanced diet.

Crispy, light, and fast cooking

The Air Frying function combines high heat with powerful ventilation, circulating hot air evenly around the food. The result is quick, even cooking with a crispy outside and a tender inside, using little to no oil.

A dedicated Air Frying basket improves airflow, delivering professional, crispy results on fries, meat, fish, vegetables, and vegan dishes, for intense flavor and healthier meals.

Air Fryer cooking tips

For optimal cooking and proper use of the Air Frying function, it is important to set the temperature recommended by the recipe, usually between 180°C and 250°C, and wait for the oven to reach the desired temperature before placing the food inside.

Once the optimal heat is reached, position the tray or the air frying basket provided with the oven at level 4 to ensure even circulation of hot air around the food. Arrange the food in a single layer and check it within the minimum recommended time, turning it if necessary, to achieve even browning and a crispy texture.

Key benefits of Air Frying

The Air Frying function offers numerous benefits for everyday cooking. It allows for healthier meals with minimal oil, providing a perfect alternative to traditional deep-fried foods. At the same time, it delivers golden crispiness, giving your dishes a crunchy texture and a perfectly browned finish.

Thanks to its versatility, it is ideal for preparing vegetables, meat, fish, vegan dishes, and more, adapting easily to a wide range of recipes. Additionally, it enables quick and consistent results, with a larger capacity and no need for constant monitoring, making meal preparation easier and more efficient.
